The hotel is a great blend of modern and traditional style with spacious, beautiful and comfortable rooms. the staff are friendly, kind, and welcoming. the hotel offers an early morning walking tour to discover the city's highlights and non, touristy spots. the breakfast is amazing with a make, your, own bread station with matcha and red bean spreads. the toiletries provided are complimentary and the luggage transportation service from the train station is helpful. the hotel offers a kitchenette and the location is fantastic with easy access to all attractions.
The hotel laundry facility needs improvement as it is not friendly for foreigners with only one machine, and there is no shower chair available for customers who need it.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of everything. The staff were so kind and helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the kitchenette and complimentary toiletries. The early morning walking tour was a highlight, as our guide showed us both popular attractions and hidden gems. And let's not forget the fun of making our own bread for breakfast - the matcha and red bean pastes were delicious!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel location is superb, as it is close to all major attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious and nicely decorated rooms, as well as the facilities offered.
The bed was not the most comfortable, as it was just a mattress on the floor, making it a bit unstable. there were no cabinets for our clothes, only a rack with hangers, and our sofa and cube were a bit worn.

We enjoyed the modern and traditional mix of decor in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we particularly loved the DIY bread for breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring all the local attractions and the staff were kind and helpful.
We were disappointed to find that the hotel did not have wheelchair access from the street to the lobby, which was difficult for our travel companion. Additionally, some staff members seemed unaware of this issue and were not helpful in arranging transportation or other accommodations. The laundry machine was difficult to use and required a special card for payment, which was inconvenient for us as foreigners.
